Pay:

✨Paid Training Bonus - Paid after completion

✨ Retainer Bonus / Base + Commission + Monthly Bonus

❇️ $65K - $90K+ for the first year

❇️ $75K - $150K+ second year

Realistically speaking, if you meet the baseline goals, you should be making $75K in your 1st year.

Shift and Schedule: 8 hours/Day - Monday Thru Friday (PST or EST)

Responsibilities:

❇️ Conduct inbound Zoom calls with prequalified leads on your calendar

❇️ Outreach to potential clients via various channels (phone, email, social media)

❇️ FOLLOW OUR PROCESS!

❇️ Meet goals and surpass them so you can get paid more! 

❇️ Collaborate with the sales team to devise and implement successful sales approaches.

❇️ True and honest consultant to prospects…it’s okay to say, “No, we’re not a good fit”. 

❇️ Liaison to connect clients with fulfillment and accounting team when needed.

❇️ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
